We are seeking a Outside Sales Representative to join our team!

The person we are looking for should be motivated and dynamic, thriving in solving customer problems and growing our company’s sales. Travel to and visit existing customers and develop new customers across the USA and Canada.        

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Conducting an onsite trial of our machinery this can include installing and dismantling machinery at the customers location.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Supply management reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

 Qualifications:  Must have experience in sales of industrial machinery. Business-to-business sales experience.

  • Ability to travel. Our customers are located all over the USA and Canada
  • At least five years of sales experience in machinery sales, preferably in the plastics industry.
  • Some knowledge about PLCs and HMI’s
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Compensation:

Salary plus Commission, Medical and 401K.
